Quarterly Release Promos
THE PROBLEM
+ Elevate quality of quarterly product marketing updates with motion design.
+ This marketing work was typically carried out with minimal fanfare and, as a result, didn't push feature adoption in the way we wanted. By taking ownership of these release campaigns, the Creative team could improve the quality of assets shared with customers, and drive traffic to relevant upgrades and/or events.
COLLABORATION
+ Big collaborative team effort here. I worked closely with our Assistant Creative Director and Copywriter to put together storyboards for the R1’s three most important features. After designs were refined in Figma, I imported to AE and animated text and product UI to tell a story.
OUTCOMES
+ Over 100% increase in engagement and webinar signups compared to previous quarter’s campaign.
+ More prepared for the next release campaign; lots learned in terms of workflow and teamwork.
+ Localization was a big hurdle for these videos. As a result, I researched and came up with a solution for updating all text in an AE project by swapping a single .CSV file.

+ I was the sole motion designer; ACD for design and creative direction; Copywriter for script; Product team for UI in Figma.
