THE PROBLEM

+ The People Experience team at Aurora wanted to provide employees with some exciting digital assets to celebrate their start as a new hire and each subsequent year of employment.


COLLABORATION

+ I worked with the People Experience team to craft short, impactful animation that matched their copy. We explored a few variations in color but settled on using a darker background to let our brand’s color palette shine.

OUTCOMES

+ 
These videos were shared with all employees at Aurora, who were encouraged to post them on their ‘Auroraversaries’. The New-Hire videos were integrated into the onboarding experience and provided to new employees.

MY ROLE

+ I designed and animated these videos. Copy came from the People Experience team at Aurora. I selected stock music from Artlist.io
